1. Digital Products & Services
Since our services are digital in nature, including personalized workout programs, nutrition plans, meditation courses, and consultations with experts, we cannot offer refunds for the products once they have been delivered or accessed. Once a service has been initiated (such as logging into an account, receiving personalized workout or diet plans, or attending a consultation), it is considered consumed.
2. Trial Periods & Subscriptions
For services that offer a trial period or subscription-based access, you may cancel your subscription within the trial period to receive a full refund. The trial period will be clearly specified at the time of subscription, and cancellation must be made before the trial period ends to qualify for a refund. After the trial period ends, subscriptions are non-refundable.
3. Online Consultations
If you feel that an online consultation did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of the consultation to discuss your concerns. We will review the session and, if necessary, offer a follow-up consultation to address any issues. Refunds for consultations are not offered unless there is a technical issue preventing the session from taking place.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation or service, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee or the session being forfeited.

In the rare case that our digital products or services are not functioning correctly (e.g., broken links, inaccessible content, or app errors), please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and if we are unable to resolve the issue, we will offer a refund for the affected service.
